badly managed site with an excessive personal earnings requirement only for affiliate page holders. Not enough ads to support the click requirement either.
runs crap on his pages too.
takes forever to pay
beware the sales this PO runs, what you buy may not be what you get in the long run *for example, sold affiliate pages knowing he was going to drop cpm from 30 cents to 20 cents, didn't mention that until after several peeps bought pages*
doesn't have the technical skills to manage the C-Panel or the admin panel (ie still offering E-gold but screams that he took it out of admin and trusted the software to do it)

This is one of the best ptr site online. They have great advertising packages and you get great results for your money. The admin is very supportive and you can contact him about anything and he'll get back to you in a short time. I would encourage both persons who want to make money online and also advertisers to this site
