PTRInfo Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy 
1. Definition of "PTRInfo.com"PTRInfo.com is not in any way a PTR website, we do not send out emails for cash, nor do we offer links that will directly earn you cash from us. Our prime aim is to offer an unrivalled service which gives you 2 main services. The first of those is to give you 1 large directory, showing you PTR sites from all over the internet and a link to that website, so you may join if you wish to. The second, which is our main service, allows you to give you opinion on those websites in the form of monthly voting, to tell us when you have been paid and to write reviews about it. Visitors to PTRInfo can use these services to review websites and see if others are happy with it, if so, they may then choose to join these websites themselves to see if they like it, and in turn, report back there findings. We reserve the right to change the way we offer these services and you will of course be notified if you have subscribed to our newsletter. We do not require permission from a site owner to have their website listed as PTRInfo.com is built around user opinion and every person has the right to have their say. However, malicious content is not tolerated and if criticism is received of a particular website, it should be constructed and with reasons explained. 2. Monthly Cash Prizes PTRInfo.com offers cash prizes each month to the winner of the 3 main categories. They are Top Average Vote, Most Payout Reports, and Most Votes Received. The base amount for the winner each month is $7.00, but this can increase or decrease depending on revenue received each month via our support links, so if you see something of interest, please take a look. Payment for prizes are done via PayPal. If you dont have a paypal it may be possible to receive payment via egold. This is done on a individual request basis. But there is no guarantee that funds will be available for egold payments! Upon completion of a monthly competition Program Owner must contact us to claim their prize. you MUST contact us before the end on the following month that the prize was won. If you do not contact us or cannot accept the prize, then the prize will be classed as unclaimed. Unclaimed prizes are not carried over to the next months competition. 3. Disclaimer PTRInfo is not responsible for any of the websites it lists within it's directory. As part of the profile for individually listed programs, a contact link is provided so that you may submit your query to the owner of that site. If the contact link is not working, please let us know using the contact link provided on the left hand menu and we will endeavour to have it fixed. If you do email us regarding an issue you have with a particular program, we are not obliged to respond, although if we can help will, but it is at our discretion as to whether or not we reply to your query. 4. Website Listing Rules If you know of a PTR website that is not listed in our directory, then please, contact us and let us know. We will review the site and get it listed for you. The directory, sorted alphabetically, is available via the left hand menu from all pages within the site. However, PLEASE NOTE, we WILL NOT accept any new websites that contains zero iframes, has been proven as a scam site or is on the boycott list at GPT Boycott. These sites are deemed as scams and will not be listed, so please do not waste our time, or your own, by sending in the links. We also will not accept any non ptr site. This includes personal pages, PTC, Surf, Traffic Exchanges ect... Sites will NOT be removed from our directory unless they no longer exhist. The listings are provided for members or potential members. So if your site gets boycotted do not ask us to remove it to avoid people seeing the boycott flag LOL or because you do not like negative reviews you are getting from your members here ect... Also, we do not accept any links with a referral link. If the site you submit is approved for listing, then the referral link will be removed. Only websites in English will be accepted, so again, please do not submit these to us, they will be deleted without reply. 5. Purchasing Referral Links As part of helping support PTRInfo.com, you have the opportunity to purchase the referral link of a program you are a member of. This link is the exit link that visitors click when within the profile for that website. Any signups as a result of clicking on your link will result in your downline growing and your referral count increasing :) Please see the "Buy Referral Link" on the left hand side for more details This is strictly first-come-first-served! Payment is $2.50, and the link is yours for 1 year, nobody else can have it. You can lose that link if the website closes, as the listing is then removed from PTRInfo.com Payment is accepted via Paypal opr Egold, so please contact us if you are interested. If the program you want is not on the available list, then do not email us, you request will be politely declined. |
