Site Owners - How To Submit & How To Get Votes PTRInfo will only take listing requests from the owners of websites, as we want that owner to actively participate in this website by promoting PTRInfo to their members so that those members can come here and give their views and opinions. It is THOSE views/opinions which form what PTRInfo is all about. You, as an owner, can use these views to gather feedback about how your site is perceived by your members and try to improve that service as a whole, which your members will no doubt appreciate. To submit your site to PTRInfo, just fill out the Contact Us at PTRInfo we'll do the rest, and contact you when it is done. Once listed, you will receive a site profile link, and it is this link you should give to your members in order for them to come here and vote/review etc... There are a few ways to do this, here is what we recommend: a. Use our banner code listed on our home page. Amend the link to your personal profile link you received after your site was approved. Then place this banner in a viewable place on your website. b. In your outgoing mails, place a link to PTRInfo in either the footer or header of the mail, or even both if you prefer. This will gain maximum exposure and get you the most response from your members when it comes to receiving votes each month. 15 votes each month are required in order to have a chance at the Top Average Vote category, so aim for this as a minimum if you can, it is very easy to get 15 votes. Make the notice clear, not necessarily long, but something that stands out to whoever is looking at it, they will then act on it. c. After you have paid members, encourage them to come here and report the date they were paid. This helps you gain certification which shows PTRInfo visitors you are CURRENTLY paying. The certification award is a rolling award to needs to be maintained by consistently encouraging your members to tell us when they have been paid. d. Finally, other ways to promote your link is to place a cheap 1pt link in PTC, or maybe something in PTP to promote PTRInfo. But options b + c should get your your best response. 2. Find A Program - Finding The Program You Wish To Vote/Review If you are looking to vote for a particular program, then there are a couple of ways to end up on that website's particular profile page. a. You may have clicked on a link on that website and it brought you direct to PTRInfo and straight to the profile page b. If you arrive at PTRInfo and are not taken straight to a profile page, then you can use our listings section to find the profile you want. Simply select the PTR Program List from the menu on the left and you will be taken to a section where everything is sorted alphabetically. Just click the letter with which your program starts, and you will be shown a list of sites beginning with that letter. If the site you want is not in that list, then it is not listed at PTRInfo. Else if it is there, simply click on it to view the profile page Once onto a program profile, you are presented (in the middle of the page) with the information about that program and it's statistics, and of course, all of the voting / payout / reviews forms are on the right 3. Voting / Review / Submitting Payout Reports Each profile page gives you the opportunity to cast your vote (each month), submit payout reports and write a review about that program. We encourage you to do this regularly so that others can get a better idea of how the site is currently performing. Think of it as a kind of "status check" - if you can complete these forms at least once a month, you are telling others the state of play, and help to build the visitors confidence should they be thinking about joining etc... So, once a month, come and cast your votes for the sites you are a member of. Every time a site pays you, come to PTRInfo, visit the profile page for that website and complete the payout form with the date you were paid. And once a month, just write a few words to describe to others what you think of the site, whether it be good or bad. Your opinions count! 4. Certification - What Is It & How Do You Get Certified PTRInfo certification is a rolling award we give to listed programs who are consistenly getting payout reports from their members. Payout reports marked with dates within the last 60 days count towards certification. Once a payout report is outside of that 60 day period, it no longer counts towards the current total. To be certified, a program needs a current total of 5 for Bronze, 15 for Silver, and 25 for Gold. Note that "Current Total" is different from the "All Time Payouts" number you will see on profile pages. "All Time Payouts" takes into account those submissions which are older than 60 days So for example, if a site receives 50 payout reports tomorrow, they would be certified Gold, but in 60 days time, those would no longer count towards the total. And if in those 60 days, only 6 had been submitted, their status would automatically be downgraded to Bronze. This is a rolling award we give to listed programs so encourage your members to report payouts. This helps maintain certification and puts your website across in a better light to PTRInfo visitors and makes you much more appealing if others see you are paying your members. 5. Prize Categories - The Different Categories & The Cash Prizes On Offer Each month, PTRInfo gives out 3 x $7 prizes, $7 to the winners of each of our 3 categories Top Average Vote Most Registered Votes Most Payout Reports Prizes must be claimed by the 30th of the following month by the program owner. Program Owners please send your paypal info Contact Us at PTRInfo using a site email address. So support your sites by giving them the most support you can, and encourage others to do so. Show others that your favorite sites are worthy of joining by voting each month, telling us when you were paid and writing regular reviews about them!
